Yoga for Back and Shoulders | 20 Minute Yoga Sequence
This moderate yoga flow focuses on stretching the back and shoulders. This is a wonderful sequence to do if you do a lot of driving, or if you spend your day sitting at a desk. We’ll work on opening up through the chest and shoulders and also incorporate poses that will help to relieve pain and discomfort in the back. Adding this sequence into your weekly practice is a great way to ease future issues with your back and shoulders.
