Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped watermelon
- 1/2 English cucumber, peeled, deseeded and sliced
- 1 lime, juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
In a large bowl, toss together the watermelon, cucumber, lime juice, and honey. Top with crumbled feta and mint.
Serve chilled or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
