Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup cold black tea
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1⁄8 tsp ground cardamom
- 1⁄8 tsp ground ginger
Preparation
