Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients together and store it in an airtight container. Allow the oatmeal to sit in the refrigerator overnight before enjoying topped with the vanilla yogurt.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
