Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 6 turkey slices
- 2 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
Preparation
In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with the lemon juice. Spread the mashed avocado over the toast. Top each slice with the turkey, goat cheese, and chives.
Serve immediately.
