Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1/4 mango, pitted and diced
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
- 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients together and store it in an airtight container. Allow the oatmeal to sit in the refrigerator overnight before enjoying.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
