Strawberry Jalepeño Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 6 rooibos tea bags
- 8 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
- 1/2 jalapeño, seeded and sliced
- 1 lb strawberries, sliced
Preparation
In a large heatproof dish, steep the tea in the boiling water with the jalapeño slices and honey for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture through a sieve and stir in the strawberries. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve over ice.
