- 1 head red leaf lettuce
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 16 slices roast beef
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 4 soft boiled eggs
Fill four airtight containers with the lettuce. Top it with the tomatoes, roast beef, and boiled eggs. Add a small container of the blue cheese dressing on the side.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
