Sriracha Lime Chickpeas

- 1 19-oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dry the chickpeas thoroughly using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Transfer the chickpeas to a large bowl and toss them with the olive oil, sriracha, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Transfer the chickpeas to a baking sheet and bake until they begin to crisp, about 15 minutes. Toss them and continue to bake until they are completely crisp, another 15 to 20 minutes.
Allow them to cool before serving or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
