Spicy Greek Feta Dip

- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Add all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
Serve the dip immediately with fresh vegtables and pita or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
