Ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Arrange the almonds on a baking sheet and toast them for 7 to 10 minutes. Check them frequently to ensure they don’t burn.
Once the almonds are golden, remove them from the oven and toss them in the olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to taste.
Allow the almonds to cool before serving or store them in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
