Ingredients
- 2 rice cakes
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 6 slices smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
Preparation
Spread the cream cheese over the rice cakes. To each rice cake with the cucumbers, smoked salmon, and dill.
Serve immediately.
