Savoury Greek Yogurt Cups

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp mixed seeds
- 1/4 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup seeded and diced cucumber
- 1 tbsp sliced Kalamata olives
- 1/4 tsp Greek seasoning
In a small bowl, or mason jar, layer plain Greek yogurt, tomatoes, cucumber, olives Greek seasoning and mixed seeds.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
