Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw peanuts
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 300ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set it aside.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss until they are evenly coated. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet. Bake until the mixture is golden and toasted, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
