Savory Granola & Yogurt

- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 large egg white
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set it aside.
In a large bowl, toss together the oats, nuts, seeds, garlic powder, cayenne, and rosemary. Add the oil, egg white, honey, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Transfer the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake until the oats are golden, about 20 to 25 minutes, tossing once halfway through.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to1 week.
