Ingredients
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, minced
- 1 lime, juice
- 3/4 cup cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup shelled edamame
- 1/2 mango, sliced
- 1 4-oz sushi grade tuna steak, cubed
- 1/8 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, jalapeño, and lime juice. Set it aside.
Arrange the rice in a serving bowl. Top it with the red cabbage, carrot, edamame, mango, and tuna. Pour the dressing over the poke bowl just before serving.
Serve immediately topped with the sesame seeds.
