Green Goddess Hummus

- 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon
- 1/4 cup fresh chives
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
In the bowl of a food processor, add the beans, tahini, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, tarragon, and chives.Pulse the mixture until it begins to break down. While blending, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Season the hummus with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
