Ingredients
- 6 hibiscus tea bags
- 8 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
Preparation
In a large heatproof dish, steep the tea in the boiling water with the honey for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture through a sieve and stir in the pomegranate juice and pomegranate arils. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve over ice.
