- Pizza Quesadilla

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced
Spread the tomato sauce over one of the tortillas. Top it with half of the mozzarella cheese. Arrange the pepperoni, mushrooms, and green bell pepper on top. Add the remaining cheese. Place the remaining tortilla on top.
Cook the quesadilla over medium heat until the tortilla is golden and the cheese begins to melt, about 2 minutes. Flip the quesadilla and continue to cook until the remaining side is golden, another 1 to 2 minutes.
