Ingredients
- 6 white tea bags
- 8 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4-6 basil leaves
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
Preparation
In a large heatproof dish, steep the tea in the boiling water with the basil and sugar for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture through a sieve and stir in the peaches. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve over ice.
