- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut chips
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
Add the pineapple, mango, banana, almond milk, and ginger into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and top with the chia seeds, coconut chips, and kiwi.
