Ingredients
Salad
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 navel orange, peeled and cut into segments
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Dressing
- 2 limes, juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Place the mix greens in a large bowl. Top with the strawberries, oranges, and almonds. In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Dress the salad just before serving or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
