Ingredients
- 8 mini bell peppers
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 tsp ranch seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds.
In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Stuff each pepper with the goat cheese mixture.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
