Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (4oz)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, mustard, garlic, and the oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Coat salmon with mixture and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
Arrange the fish on the baking sheet and bake until it is cooked through, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
