Mango Pistachio Parfait

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 ripe mangos, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Layer the yogurt, honey, mango and then more yogurt in a container. Finish with the crushed pistachios.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
