- 2 15-ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 mangoes, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 limes, juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
In a large bowl, mix together the black beans, mangoes, avocado, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and lime juice.
Serve immediately topped with the fresh cilantro.
