Lemon Ginger Iced Tea

- 4 bags ginger tea
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 lemon, zest
- 8 cups water, boiled
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 lemon, sliced
Steep the teabags, ginger and lemon zest in the hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the teabags, ginger and lemon zest from the water and stir in the honey. Allow the tea to cool before stirring in the lemon slices.
Serve immeditely over ice or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
