Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 cup peeled shrimp
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 lemon, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until it begins to turn pink, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the garlic and continue to cook until the shrimp is cooked through, another 2 to 3 minutes. Add the lemon zest and juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
