- 4 salmon fillets (4oz)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Arrange the salon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Season the salmon with dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Top each fillet with lemon slices.
Bake until the salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
