Ingredients
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 banana, diced
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
Preparation
Mix together the oats, almond milk, coconut sugar, and cinnamon. Top with the banana, pineapple, and pecans and store in an airtight container. Allow the oatmeal to sit in the refrigerator overnight before enjoying.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
