Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- Dark rum
- Hot water
Preparation
In a small bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and spices. To make the hot buttered rum, spoon 2 tablespoons of butter mixture into a serving glass. Top with about a shot of dark rum and fill glass up with hot water. Mix well before serving.
Serve immediately.
