Grilled PB&J Sandwich

- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 crusty French bread slices
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam or jelly
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
Spread a layer of butter on two slices of fresh bread. On the opposite side, spread a generous layer of peanut butter and jelly. Top one slice with strawberries and add the second slice on top to create a PBandJ sandwich with the butter on the exterior.
Place the sandwich in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until it becomes golden on one side, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook until it becomes golden on the second side, about 2 minutes.
