Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon
- 1/4 cup fresh chives
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Add all of the herbs and the olive oil in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until it begins to become smooth. Add the lemon juice, feta cheese, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
