Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, diced
- 3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, minced
- 3 tbsp pitted and chopped Kalamata olives
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese for serving
Preparation
In a large bowl, using a fork or potato masher, mash all of ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with the crumbled feta.
Serve immediately.
