Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, diced
- 3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes, minced
- 3 tablespoons pitted and chopped olives
- 1/2-1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese for garnish
Preparation
In a large bowl, using a fork or potato masher, mash all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with crumbled feta.
Serve immediately.
