Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp ground chia seeds
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp coconut chips
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp chopped dried apricots
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, coconut sugar, and cinnamon. Mix in the boiling water and allow the oatmeal to sit until the water has been absorbed, about 3 minutes.
Serve the oatmeal immediately topped with the almonds, coconut chips, cranberries, apricots, and pumpkin seeds.
