- Edamame Dip

- 2 cups shelled edamame, cooked
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi paste (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Add all of the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
Serve immediately with fresh vegetables or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
