Ingredients
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 packet instant oatmeal
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp milk (almond, soy or dairy)
- 1 tsp honey, maple syrup or agave
Preparation
In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into a well-greased mug or ramekin. Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until muffin has risen and set or bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.
