Creamy Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb peeled shrimp
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until it is fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp is pink, about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook, stiring, until the Parmesan has completley melted, about 30 seconds.
Serve immediately topped with the parsley or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
