Corn & Avocado Salsa

- 2 cups corn kernels, fresh or frozen, cooked
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 lime, juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
