Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Caesar salad dressing
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup romaine lettuce
- 4 bacon slices, cooked
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan, half of the Caesar dressing, the garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Divide and shape the mixture into four equal patties.
In a nonstick skillet or grill, cook the burgers over medium-high heat until they are golden, about 5 minutes. Flip the burgers and continue to cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F, about 5 minutes.
Assemble the burgers on buns topped with the remaining Caesar dressing, tomato slices, romaine lettuce, and bacon slices.
