Ingredients
- 4 cups apple cider
- 2 apples, cut in half
- 1 mandarin, cut in half
- 5 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup caramel liqueur
Preparation
Place the apple cider, apple, mandarin, cloves, cinnamon and star anise into a slow cooker. Cook on low for 2-4 hours. Before serving, remove any added fruit or spices and stir in caramel sauce and liqueur.
Serve immediately.
