Ingredients
- 2 lbs assorted tomatoes, sliced
- 4 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Arrange the tomatoes, burrata, olives, and basil on a large platter. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad and season it with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad just before serving.
Serve immediately.
