Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
- 5 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 English cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, and poppy seeds.
In a large bowl, arrange the mixed greens. Top them with the cucumber, strawberries, goat cheese, avocado, and slivered almonds.
Serve immediately with the dressing.
