Ingredients
Buffalo Chicken Patties
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Burgers
- 8 slider buns
- Green leaf lettuce leaves
- Crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all of the buffalo chicken patty ingredients. Shape into small patties. Refrigerate the patties for at least 20 minutes before grilling.
While the patties are chilling, combine all of the pickle ingredients together. Set it aside.
Once chilled, grill the patties over medium-high heat until they are golden and the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Brush the patties with more hot sauce before serving.
Assemble the sliders on the buns, topped with the lettuce and more crumbled blue cheese.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
