- 2 large eggs
- 2 tostadas
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoon crumbled Cotija cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the eggs until they are cooked to your liking.
Spread a layer of the refried beans over the tostadas. Top each tostada with some avocado slices and the fried eggs.
Serve immediately topped with the salsa, Cotija cheese, and cilantro.
