Ingredients
- 6 green tea bags
- 8 cups boiling water
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1 lb blackberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
In a large heatproof dish, steep the tea in the boiling water with the mint leaves and sugar for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture through a sieve and stir in the blackberries. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve over ice.
