Beefy Ramen Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 packages instant ramen noodles, flavor packets discarded
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion to the skillet and cook, stirring, until it begins to soften, about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook until it is fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the beef to the skillet and break it up using the side of a spoon. Cook, stirring, until it begins to brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in the beef broth, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Nestle the ramen noodles into the skillet. Allow the ramen to soften slightly before stirring, about 2 minutes. Cook, stirring, until the ramen noodles are completley cooked, another 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the green onions.
Serve immediately topped with the sesame seeds or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
