Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 sprig chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine the chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, garlic, honey, and rosemary. Set it aside.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Place the chicken topside down in the skillet and cook until golden, about 4 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional minute. Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken, reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for approximately 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. For best results, flip chicken a few times through cooking process.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
