- 3/4 cup dates
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup dried apple
- 1 tablespoon apple butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
Add the dates to the bowl of your food processor. Pulse for 15 to 20 seconds, until the dates begin to break down. Add pecans, dried apple, apple butter, and cinnamon. Blend until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Remove blade. Roll mixture into one inch balls.
Store in the refrigerator for 5-7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
