All Levels Yoga Sequences
In my mind, the best thing about yoga is that is can be done anywhere by anyone. You don’t need to super flexible, and you don’t need fancy equipment, all you need is a space to practice and your body.
The sequences below are all about 20 minutes each and can be done in the morning, in the evening before bed, or on the road while traveling. Hopefully, these sequences will provide some inspiration and motivation to get onto your mat.
